I LOVE what I do for a living!
I have a love-hate relationship with technology, but I'm constantly blown away by how each new development improves our lives. I love dogs, scented candles, and chocolate, ( who doesn't ) but I'm strangely obsessed with wrapping paper, laundry, and jam.
(seriously my family complains constantly about all the jam!)

I think the most successful businesses figure out what their customers want and the best way to deliver it. I believe in process-driven design with clear timetables & deliverables - Tell me WHAT you want and WHEN you want it.
